Additionally, we woke up to a loud alarm that went off at 6 am and wasn't reset, making it impossible to get any more rest. I had booked this room for my wife's birthday, and the inconvenience really put a damper on our plans.

Room was super clean and had all the necessities like air conditioning, a kitchen with a microwave, and a nice private bathroom with free toiletries. The shower was amazing! Pool was awesome too, the outdoor swimming area had sun loungers and breathtaking views of the CN Tower. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
